In-House Assistants
Kryssi began her horse career at the age of eight. After riding and showing hunter/jumpers throughout childhood, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Zoology, with a concentration in animal behavior, from Michigan State University. She was a member of the Michigan State University Equestrian Team and competed at nationals twice, placing fifth. Kryssi has also spent many summers grooming show horses for a large hunter/jumper barn. After working at many small animal hospitals and even some human hospitals, Kryssi has found her niche as a "horse nurse". She spends her extra time taking care of the animals on her farm, attempting to run half-marathons, and jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.

Meghan received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. She continued her education at the University of Florida, College of Pharmacy. During college she was a member of the Intercollegiate Riding Team. Originally from southern New Jersey, Meghan grew up riding and actively competing in hunters. She enjoys assisting with the many interesting cases at Woodside. Meghan's hobbies include spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and running with her dog, Cody. | |

Miss Missy
Miss Missy joined Woodside in March of 2005. Missy assists with many tasks including greeting clients and making sure that we are aptly air-conditioning and/or heating the greater Ashland area for our clients' comfort. She has become an invaluable asset to Woodside, especially during staff meetings at which she takes detailed notes and reports about old business. She can usually be found keeping an eye on various staff members and doctors in any number of hiding places and is always first to let us know when our x-ray envelope supply is running short. Please look for her during your next visit to our clinic, but remember to approach slowly and softly as she is a tad bit shy and very modest about all of her hidden talents.
