At Woodside Equine Clinic, we are committed to giving you the best service possible in a timely manner. To do this, we sometimes need your help. Prior to your next appointment, please take a moment to download these forms and fill them out. This allows us to be sure that all of the information about you and your horse is correct and can then be updated in our computer system as necessary.

Appointments may be made by the owner, trainer or referring veterinarian. For all routine and emergency appointments: 804-798-3281
Admissions
Upon arrival, please register at the reception desk, in the main lobby, before unloading any animal. For emergency admissions there is an additional fee.
Routine Hospital Hours
Business hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Visiting hours are flexible to fit our clients' special needs. Always check with your doctor for permission to visit your animal. In order to provide the best possible care for the patient, the hospital reserves the right to limit the duration and frequency of visits. |
